1. By accessing and placing an order with FAYLAV, you confirm that you are in agreement
with and bound by the terms of service contained in the Terms & Conditions outlined
below. These terms apply to the entire website and any email or other type of
communication between you and FAYLAV.
2. Under no circumstances shall FAYLAV’s team be liable for any direct, indirect, special,
incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit,
arising out of the use or the inability to use the materials on this site.
3. FAYLAV will not be responsible for any outcome that may occur during the course of
usage of our resources. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the resources
usage policy at any moment.

1. FAYLAV grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to
download, install and use the website/app strictly in accordance with the terms of this
Agreement.
2. These Terms & Conditions are a contract between you and FAYLAV, the provider of the
FAYLAV website and the services accessible from the FAYLAV website.
3. You are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to
these Terms & Conditions, please do not use the FAYLAV Service.

To help explain things as clearly as possible in this Terms & Conditions, every time any of
these terms are referenced, they are strictly defined as:

3. Country: where FAYLAV is based, in this case Bangladesh.

Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
1. License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or
otherwise commercially exploit the website/app.
2. Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse
engineer any part of the website/app.
3. Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any copyright or trademark)
of FAYLAV or its affiliates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Thanks for ordering from FAYLAV. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we
build.
Cancellation Policy for Advance Payment:
1. Full Refund: If the customer cancels the service more than 24 hours before the
scheduled start time of the slot, a 100% refund will be provided.
2. Partial Refund: If the customer cancels the service between 24 hours to 3 hours before
the scheduled start time, a 75% refund will be provided.
3. Minimal Refund: If the customer cancels the service less than 3 hours before the
scheduled start time, a 50% refund will be provided.
Note: FAYLAV reserves the right to modify or update these policies as necessary.
